Easy Margherita is a classic and it is so simple!
Start with a block of fresh mozzarella. Slice 3-4 quarter inch rounds. Place them, spread out, on the flatbread.
Next, with a ripe tomato, slice 3-4 quarter inch rounds. Place those in the spaces between the mozzarella rounds.
Place 5-6 basil leaves on top of the mozzarella and tomatoes.

Easy Margherita can get juicy depending on what type of tomatoes you use. Make sure to cook it on it's own baking sheet to avoid juices running over to other flatbread pizzas.
Don't have fresh basil? Don't sweat it. Use freeze dried basil or dried basil flakes.

With half of a small onion, slice the onion into 3-4 rounds. Cut each round in half and place on the flatbread. Then sprinkle the cooked chicken.
Top the onion and chicken with shredded mozzarella cheese. I love putting the toppings under the cheese!
Next make 4-6 lines of barbecue sauce across the entire flatbread pizza.
Cook at 400 degree for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese just barely begins to golden.
We lived in Memphis Tennessee for a couple years and of course became lovers of all things barbecue. We have some bbq sauce staples in our home but you can't go wrong with Sweet Baby Ray's. It's a delicious, affordable barbecue sauce that can be found in most locations.
I love having pre-cooked chicken in the freezer to use small amounts on salads and other meals. It helps with meal prep and it's quick and easy way to get protein in your meal.

Using your favorite sausage, cut small quarter inch rounds. Our favorite sausage to use is apple chicken sausage. It has an amazing flavor. This type of sausage can be found in with the other sausages, hot dogs, and deli meats at most grocery stores.
Place the cut sausage on flatbread pizza.
Cut thin slices of green bell pepper and space them between the sausage rounds.
Top with mozzarella cheese and cook for 400 degree for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese just barely begins to golden.
