-chicken -pineapple -bell peppers -red onion MARINADE -pineapple juice -lime juice -olive oil -light brown sugar -jerk seasoning
Toss chicken in lime juice, pineapple juice and olive oil. Add seasonings and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours.
Chop pineapple. Chop bell peppers and onions into 1.5" pieces.
Place meat, pineapple and veggies on skewers then grill! Flip every 5 minutes until meat reaches 165*F.
