The perfect 4th of July side, Roasted Chili Corn Salsa is easy to make and perfect for grilling and bbq's.

✔️ Corn ✔️ Red Onion ✔️ Jalapeño ✔️ Poblano  ✔️ Cilantro ✔️ Salt ✔️ Lemon Juice ✔️ Lime Juice ✔️ Cumin

Start by roasting the Poblano pepper in the oven or air fryer until it blisters and starts to brown.  

Chop the Jalepeno pepper, red onion, cilantro and roasted poblano pepper. Add to a medium mixing bowl with corn.

Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to season the cut vegetables. 

Mix the ingredients all together until they are evenly distributed. Serve with chips or eat by the spoonful!
