INGREDIENTS

-raw chicken breasts or thighs (see recipe for rotisserie options) -lime juice -tortillas TACO SEASONING -chili powder -cumin -corn starch -salt -pepper -red pepper flakes -onion powder -oregano TOPPINGS OF CHOICE

1

Cut chicken into 1" cubes and toss with lime juice. Add taco seasoning ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Preheat air fryer to 375*F.

2

Lightly brush oil on air fryer basket to prevent sticking. Layer chicken in one layer in basket. Cook for 6 minutes, Stir then cook 6 more minutes. Chicken is done when it reaches 165*F.

3

Now serve 2 ways: Assemble and eat as normal or our favorite: Layer the chicken and cheese on the tortilla. Place back in the air fryer for 30 seconds then  close taco.

4

Close the tortilla so that the chicken and cheese are on the top side, so the weight of them holds the tortilla closed. Cook for 90 seconds, then flip and cook an additonal 60 seconds or until desired doneness

5

Peel apart while still warm and stuff with your favorite toppings! Enjoy!!
