We love this fun new year snack! Made in the air fryer you can enjoy it plain or seasoned. Crispy Gnocchi perfect for snacking or meals.
Step 1 (for plain)
Preheat air fryer to 400*F. Drizzle oil on gnocchi and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking at minute 4. Use in your favorite gnocchi dish.
Step 1 (for seasoned)
Drizzle avocado oil over top and mix until well coated.
Sprinkle garlic powder, parsley, paprika, basil, salt and chili pepper flakes over top and again combine until well coated.
Place gnocchi in air fryer basket. Cook 4 minutes then shake. Cook an additional 4-5 minutes until crispy.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
