Air Fryer Spatchcock chicken is a an easy way to cook whole chicken. This recipe will leave you with a crispy outside and perfectly moist and tender meat!

Step 1:

Using sharp kitchen shears, carefully remove the breast bone of the chicken and lay in butterfly position.

Step 2:

Season the chicken with olive oil and a spice rub. Cover the entire chicken and under the skin.

Step 3:

Place the season whole chicken in the butterfly position in the bottom of your air fryer basket.

Step 4:

Cook the chicken until the internal temperature is 165*F. This will take about 1 hour. You will have crispy outside with tender and moist chicken in the inside.
