Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

The easiest meal prep and back to school breakfast packed with protein and guaranteed to keep you full all morning, 

Assembled in 5 minutes


-Milk -Old Fashioned Oats -Chia Seeds -Peanut Butter -Honey


In a mason jar, mix milk, honey,  chia seeds, and peanut butter.


Add the old fashioned oats and mix well.


Make sure the oats are completely covered by the milk and peanut butter mixture. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.


Enjoy the next morning topped with your favorite fruit, chocolate chips, or more peanut butter.

These overnight oats came together so quick! It was the perfect post workout meal prep breakfast.
