Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl. Set aside.


Beat butter and sugar on high for 2 minutes. Add eggs beat one more minute. Add pumpkin and mashed bananas buttermilk and vanilla and beat until combined.


Using a spatula, stir in the dry ingredients, mixing only until just combined.


Place banana pumpkin muffin batter into a greased or lined muffin tin and bake for 20-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.


Muffins are done when they spring back after being gently pressed and are lightly golden and the tops are matte.
