Begin mashing sweet potatoes. We like to cube and then boil the mashed potatoes for quick cooking.


Add the egg, whole milk, butter, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon to the mashed sweet potatoes.


Blend with an electric hand mixture until a smooth texture is formed. Pour into a 9x9 casserole dish.


Make the crumble by adding together the brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans. Mix until small clumps form.


Top the casserole with the brown sugar crumble and bake for 25-35 minutes at 325*F.
