World's Best Banana Bread

To make Banana Bread: Preheat the oven to 350*F. Make sour milk by placing 1 1/2 Tablespoons milk and 1/2 Tablespoon vinegar together in a small bowl and set aside. Place softened butter and sugar in a bowl and beat on high for 2 minutes.

Mash bananas then add bananas, eggs, vanilla and sour milk to the creamed butter and sugar. Beat until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until combined, being sure not to over mix.

Pour the banana bread batter into a parchment lined 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 55-65 min. until golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, then remove from pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack for an additional 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
