This is a great meal for meal prep! Make it on a Sunday night and enjoy it throughout the week!


Shred pre cooked chicken. Make sure to cool if it is hot.


Chop raw cauliflower, and roasted red peppers. Add it with the shredded chicken.


Mix in the spices with the chicken and cauliflower. Mix together with mayonnaise, and pepperoncini's.


Serve over the top of desserts or with breakfast like french toast, pancakes, waffles and even oatmeal.
