Ham and Potato Soup

This Ham and Potato Soup is the PERFECT way to use up leftover ham! It's full of flavor and absolutely delicious.

Easy and Delicious


Start by sautéing the garlic and vegetables in the melted butter over medium heat.


Stir in the flour and transfer to a crockpot / slow cooker (or just cook on your stove top on low for 8 hours).


LAdd the chicken stock, milk and bay leaves and stir, making sure the flour is well mixed into the liquid.


Add the ham and potatoes and stir. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
