1. Melt the butter and sauté the garlic and onion in a large sauce pan.

Next add the frozen corn and mix with the butter. Whisk in the milk and cream.

Add the spices to the corn and continue to stir until it's well distributed. .

Last, add in the shredded cheese for extra delicious flavors. Serve hot!
