Chicken Potatoes and Green Beans
Chop red potatoes into quarters. Remove the stems of the green beans and then chop in half.
Arrange the thawed chicken breasts in the middle of the crock pot with green beans on one side and potatoes on the other
Mix together the lemon juice, olive oil and herbs and pour over the chicken, red potatoes, and green beans.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Enjoy a complete meal in one pot!
