Crunchy, cinnamon honey granola made with egg whites, almonds, chia seeds and very little oil. Golden and warm with big oats n honey clusters.

Step 1

Combine, oats, seeds, nuts, cinnamon, salt, cardamom and nutmeg in a bowl.

Step 2:

Add honey, beaten egg whites, oil and vanilla. Stir until well combined

Step 3:

Press into a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 275 for 40 minutes, taking out at 25 minutes to stir.

Step 4:
