White Scribbled Underline

1

Start by cutting strips of bacon in half. You won't need a fully strip of bacon for a single date.

2

Place the dried date at the edge of the bacon and begin wrapping.

3

Wrap the bacon around until there are no loose ends. Place a toothpick down the center of the date and bacon and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

4

Bake in the oven for 350 degrees. Halfway through baking flip over and sprinkle with brown sugar (optional).

5

Cook until bacon is cooked all the way and serve with honey mustard, balsamic glaze, or add to a charcuterie board.

"My family absolutely LOVES this recipe!!! It is easy and quick enough to make the morning of, but also sits well over night in the fridge if you make it the night before. We also like to mix and match meats and cheeses to make it different each time. It is as delicious as it is versatile!!."
