These oatmeal cookie bars are Soft and Chewy oatmeal cookies swimming in a sea of yummy hot fudge on top of an oatmeal cookie base. So indulgent and decadent, it's heaven with each bite.

Cream together butter and brown sugar on high for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat another minute until light and fluffy.

Add the flour, salt & baking soda. Mix just until combined. Add oats and mix just until combined.

Step 3:

Heat sweetened condensed milk, butter, vanilla, salt and chocolate chips until smooth.

Step 4:

Press 2/3 dough into bottom of 9x13. Pour fudge on top.

Step 5:

Press remaining dough into various sizes using your hands. Press slightly into fudge. Bake at 350* for 20-25 min.
