White Scribbled Underline

Place a large chicken breast at the bottom of a slow cooker. Or 2 small to medium sized chicken breasts.

Add a frozen chicken breast to a slow cooker and dump tomatoes and rotel on top. Then add in chicken broth.

Add the canned corn, kidney beans, and black beans to the mixture. Add salsa and seasoning and stir until combined.

Cook on high for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked all the way through. Remove the chicken and shred.

Put the shredded chicken back in the crock pot and stir. Serve with cheddar cheese, green onion, and chips.

This was so delicious! Every single kid and adult in my family devoured it. I will definitely be adding this to the recipe rotation.
