Cream Puff Cake is a fun and delicious dessert the whole family will love. Perfect for any get together. Made on the cream puff pastry base with cream cheese, vanilla pudding and whipped topping. An eclair to remember.

Begin by making the cream puff dough on the stove top with butter and flour. Add in the eggs one at a time.


Form onto the bottom of a  9x13 pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside. to cool completly.


While cooling, mix together the vanilla pudding packet, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.


Layer the pudding in the cooled crust until it reaches the end of the crust.


Top with a thick layer of whipped topping and add chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
