Preheat oven to 275 F. Combine oats, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, salt seeds, and slivered almonds together in a bowl.


Pour in the honey, egg whites, oil and vanilla.


Stir with a spatula until well combined.


Press into a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, then stir and turn over the granola.


Bake another 20-25 minutes, until golden and crisp. Allow to cool before storing.

I love when healthy food tastes so good! It makes it so much easier to have a healthy diet. This recipe was yummy and crunchy and I loved that cardamom and cinnamon giving it that chai flavor. So good. Great recipe!
