No Bake

This yummy no bake cheesecake is the perfect spring dessert. It's creamy and sweet and a little tart and is absolutely delicious!

Quick & Easy!

Food process graham crackers coarsely and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 pan.

Step 2

In one bowl, make Dream Whip according to package directions. Then add 1/3 cup sugar and beat 30 seconds. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, milk and sugar until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Fold together bowl of dream whip and bowl of cream cheese then spread on top of graham cracker crust. This is the middle of the no bake cheesecake

Step 4:

Measure the water, lemon juice and corn starch into a bowl and whisk together. Put the raspberries and sugar in a saucepan. Pour corn starch mixture over top.Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Topping is done when it becomes translucent and no longer whiteish.

Step 5:

Allow topping to cool for about 5 minutes, then pour over cream cheese mixture and smooth out.  Place in the refrigerator and let set up at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
