Begin by making rice, brown sausage, and sauté onions.


In a large mixing bowl add the cooked rice, sausage, onions, peppers, and spices.


Mix all together and add parmesan cheese.


Place the bell pepper mixture into a 9X13 bowl and top with mozzarella cheese.


Bake in the oven at 350* F for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown. ENJOY!
