Veggie Quiche


Easy Veggie Quiche is a delicious vegetable quiche recipe packed with your favorite vegetables. This meatless dish is perfect for brunch.

Step 1

In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute the onions and spinach until onion begins to become translucent. About 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Layer the vegetables. Layer the mushrooms and bell peppers evenly along the bottom of prepared pie crust.

Step 3:

Layer the sautéed onions and spinach on top of the sliced mushrooms and bell peppers.

Step 4:

Layer the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables. Set aside to prepare the egg filling.

Step 7:

Pour the mixed egg and milk mixture over the top of the pie crust with vegetables and cheese. Cook for 40 minutes,

Step 7:

Serve immediately, or refrigerate or freeze for a later date.
