Preheat oven to 350* Beat thee eggs, oil , sugar and pumpkin on medium speed for 2 minutes. Using oil instead of butter makes them extra fluffy. .
Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a small bowl with a whisk. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix on low until smooth. Don't over mix!
Beat butter on high for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. Spread across completely cooled bars.
