Coconut Cream Pie


Just like your Grandma's Coconut Cream Pie, this no-bake pie is so creamy and topped with toasted coconut. Perfect for spring, summer, and Easter. 

Easy and Delicious


Start by toasting the coconut in the oven. It will go in the pie and on top of the pie for looks.


Mix together the coconut milk, and vanilla pudding until a smooth mixture is formed. Fold in the cool whip and coconut flakes.


Scoop the filling into a pre-baked pie crust and smooth the top.


Top the pie with a generous amount of whipped cream and let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
