Bearnaise Sauce


Make your very own Bearnaise sauce with this easy-to-follow recipe. Using simple ingredients make this decadent sauce for asparagus, steak, salmon, and chicken.

Start by adding white vinegar to a saucepan with tarragon, shallots, and salt and pepper.


After the herbs and vegetables simmer, drain the infused vinegar into a bowl.


Blend the egg yolks, lemon juice, infused vinegar, and more tarragon. Pour the clarified butter into the mixture.


Pour the mixed bearnaise sauce into a small serving bowl. Serve the day of.
