Preheat the oven to 350*F. zest and juice the lemons.

Knead the lemon zest and sugar together with your fingers. Add the butter and beat for 2 minutes.

Add the eggs, vanilla and lemon juice and beat another 1-2 minutes. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Stir in blueberries and white chocolate chips.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and tops are matte. Enjoy!

These Lemon Blueberry Cookies are so yummy. We loved how tart and tangy and chewy they were and the burst of blueberries. So good. Our friends and they said they tasted like lemon blueberry muffin tops and I agree!
