We love making this  Easter Cookies! They are made quickly and easily. They are the perfect combination of soft and chewy cookie and rich decadent Cadbury chocolate. Ready in only 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F Place the butter and sugars in a mixing bowl or bowl of stand mixer.

Beat on high until light, fluffy and well combined, about 2 minutes.

Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until lightened in color and fluffy, about 1 minute.

 Mix in the dry ingredients on low until well combined. Stir in the Cadbury Mini Eggs. Place dough balls about 2Tablespoons big on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for about 10 minutes, until the tops are matte and the edges are set. Let rest on the pan for 5-10 minutes.
