Lemon Icebox Pie


My mom used to make this recipe for use every Easter and it quickly became a family favorite tradition. Made with sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice all in a graham cracker crust. 

Easy and Delicious


Zest a lemon and squeeze the lemon for juice.


Beat softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth.


Add the zest, lemon juice, and vanilla to the sweetened condensed mixture .


Add the mixture to a graham cracker crust. This pie can be runny, you need to let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours but preferably more than 6.
