Deviled Eggs

Step 1:

Place eggs in a pot of cold water. Bring water to a boil then turn off the heat. Cover with lid and let sit for 12 minutes. Immediately place in ice bath for 15+ minutes.

Step 2:

Place one whole egg plus the rest of the yolks into a food processor and process til crumbly (or mash with fork).

Step 4:

Add mayo relish salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 5:
