Peanut Butter Overnight Oats


The perfect meal prep breakfast for a busy weekday morning, Peanut Butter Overnight oats is a great vegan/dairy free breakfast high in protein to get you through the day. Made with oats, oat. milk, and peanut butter. 

Easy and Delicious


In a mason jar add chia seeds, oat milk (use regular milk if desired), and honey (use pure maple syrup instead for vegan).


Mix in the peanut butter. The peanut butter and oat milk won't mix together completely and that's ok!


Pour in the old fashioned rolled oats to the oat milk and chia seed mixture.


Mix until the oats and the oat milk are mixed together. This will help the peanut butter get throughout the oats as well.


Cover with a lid or with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight, at least 6 hours. Remove and top with fresh fruit, chocolate chips and more peanut butter.
