Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas


Quick and easy way to make chicken fajitas, Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas is a one pan weekday meal perfect for a busy schedule. Made with bell peppers onion and chicken seasoned just right for a burst of flavor all on a tortilla. 

Easy and Delicious


Mix together garlic powder, oregano, cumin, and paprika in a bowl. This will be used to season the chicken and vegetables.


Chop bell peppers into 1/2 inch thick slices. You can use your favorite bell pepper colors like red, yellow, and green.


Slice red onions into 1/2 inch slices. Red onions have a great flavor that pairs well with peppers and chicken.


With kitchen shears or a sharp knife, cut the chicken into 1/2 thick slices. Mix together with cut vegetables and toss with seasoning.


Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
