Sopapilla Cheesecake

Easy & Delicious

This easy sopapilla cheesecake  is a crowd pleaser! it is quick and easy to make with crescent rolls and cream cheese.  Perfect for  entertaining!!


Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle about ¼ of the cinnamon sugar mixture onto the pan.


Lay crescent roll sheet on top of the cinnamon and sugar mixture.


Beat soft cream cheese and sugar for 4 minutes or until smooth.


Mix in egg and vanilla. Smooth the cheesecake filling over the crescent roll


Place the second sheet of crescent rolls on the cheesecake filling.  Brush melted butter on top.


Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350° F. Allow to cool, then chill.
