Strawberry Lemonade Sumer Cookies

Tart, chewy lemon cookies topped with strawberry frosting. A punch of flavor with no artificial flavor or ingredients and easy to make! The perfect summer cookies!

Cream together butter and sugars on high for 2 minutes. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon zest and beat another minute until light and fluffy.

Step 1

Blend in the lemon juice. Add the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix until just combined. Bake at 350* for 9-10 min.

Step 3:

Blend or food process freeze-dried strawberries.

Step 4:

Beat butter until light and fluffy, 2 min. Add strawberries, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and powdered sugar and beat to combine.

Step 5:

Frost cooled summer cookies and enjoy! Perfect for spring, summer or when you want to feel like spring in the middle of winter ;)
