Start by candying almonds by heating cinnamon, sugar, and water in medium sauce pan. Add the almonds and stir until the liquid evaporates and surgery coating
Place the sugar coated almonds on a parchment paper line sheet pan to cool while you assemble the salad.
Slice and wash fruit. Slice the strawberries into bite sized pieces.
Place spinach greens in a salad bowl. Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, crumbled feta cheese and cooled candied almonds. Top with your favorite poppyseed dressing and enjoy!
