MARINADE -chicken breasts -lime juice -olive oil -jerk seasoning -light brown sugar -minced garlic DRESSING: -plain Greek yogurt -lime juice -jerk seasoning --salt -pepper TOPPINGS: -pineapple -cabbage -cilantro
Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Pour lime juice and olive oil on top then stir to combine. Add garlic, lime juice and jerk seasoning.
Stir to combine then cover and place in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours.
Place Greek yogurt, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and lime juice together in a bowl.
Stir to combine. Place chicken in glass 9x13 and bake for 10 minutes. Take out and stir and bake an additional 5-10 min. until internal temperature reaches 165*F. Chop cabbage and cilantro.
