Preheat oven to 350°F  Mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Cut tortillas into 8 pieces


We recommend raw tortillas for the best churro chips, but precooked work fine. Melt butter and brush onto each piece of tortilla.


.Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on a plate. Place buttered tortilla on top of cinnamon and sugar then top with more.


Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges start to turn golden.


Churro Chips will still be tender, but will get crunchy as they cool. Drizzle with your favorite topping.
