Make valentine's Day fun with these soft and chewy cherry almond cookies made with maraschino cherries and white chocolate chips are sooo divine and a real crowd-pleaser!
Beat butter and sugar on high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add the eggs, vanilla and almond extracts and beat on high another 30 seconds to combine.
Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix just until combined. Be careful not to over mix!
Add the maraschino cherries and white chocolate chips and mix until just barely combined.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350*F for 10 minutes.
