The softest frosted cookies you will ever have. Made with the secret ingredient of sour cream they melt in your mouth. Make them for this Easter season. 

Easy and Delicious

Cream the wet ingredients adding the sour cream very last.

Mix in the dry ingredients. It will be a very wet and sticky dough.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350° F.

Add the mixture to a graham cracker crust. This pie can be runny, you need to let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours but preferably more than 6.
