Preheat oven to 350* Whisk together flour, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, salt,  baking powder and baking soda and set to the side.  .

Beat the sugar and butte on high for 2 minutes, then add the eggs and beat another minute. Beat in pumpkin, mashed banana, buttermilk and vanilla.

Fold in the dry ingredients with a spatula, mixing only until just combined.

Place batter in a greased or lined muffin tin, about 3/4 full.  Bake 20-22 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
