Asparagus Appetizer

This Yummy Asapargus Appetizer is easy to make and so delicious! Asparagus layerd with Brie, Rosemary and cranberry all warpped together in a puff pastry makes a delicious appetizer for any get together.

Gather ingredients and bring cranberries, sugar and water to a boil. Allow to cool. Wash asparagus and chop brie into rectangles.

Preheat oven to 375* Roll out puff pastry a litlte. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 squares. Place one rectangle centered in a square at a diagonal.

Place asparagus, cranberry sauce and rosemary on top of cheese.

Fold one side of the puff pastry over the filling. Use you finger to dampen the spot where the other side will meet it, to make it stick.

Spread out on a baking sheet on parchment paper and top with an egg wash. Bake 20-25 min. until golden and puffy.
