Preheat the oven to 350*F. Cream the butter and the sugar together on high for 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice for lemon cookies deliciousness! Beat an additional minute.

Add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.

Place dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until the tops are matte and the edges are set.

Whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice together in a bowl until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
