Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions.


In a mixing bowl add together the honey, peanut butter, ginger,  soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce.


Mix together until a smooth sauce is formed.


Mix together the sauce and drained and cooked noodles until the noodles are coated.


Top the ramen dish with cilantro, chopped peanuts, and chopped green onions.
