Brie Bites with cranberry and puff pastry

The Brie Bites are so yummy and fun and easy to make! Made with Puff Pastry and different jams and varieties like Cranberry and apricot.


Remove refrigerated puff pastry and allow to sit for about 10 minutes. Roll out the puff pastry then cut into 24 rectangles. Prick each piece with a fork.


Spray mini muffin pan lightly with non stick cooking spray. Place a rectangle in each well.


Cut up brie into 24 chunks and place on puff pastry.


Top with filling. We recommend Cranberry jam with Rosemary, Apricot jam with walnut and fig jam with orange zest.


Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
