This dump and go chicken taco soup is so easy to assemble and tastes amazing. Made with chicken and topped with sour cream, and cheddar cheese this is a family favorite weeknight meal. It also freezes well!

Spray the crockpot with cooking spray and put a large chicken breast in the middle of the crockpot.

Add the cans of bean, canned corn, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and salsa on top of the chicken.

Mix all together until all the ingredients are evenly dispersed. Place the lid on top and slow cook on high for 4-6 hours.

Once the chicken is cooked all the way through, remove from the crockpot and shred. Put the shredded chicken back in the soup.

Top each bowl of soup with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and tortilla chips.
