Chicken, Green Beans and Potatoes

This easy crockpot recipe comes together quickly and is a perfect family meal. Full of flavor you will love this chicken and potato meal!

✔️ Thawed Chicken Breasts ✔️ Red Potatoes ✔️Fresh Green Beans ✔️ Italian Seasoning ✔️ Lemon Juice ✔️ Olive Oil

In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. 

Cut red potatoes in 4 pieces. If they are smaller, just cut them in half.  Snap or cut the green beans in half. 

Place the chicken breasts in the middle of the crock pot and add cut red potatoes and green beans on either side.

Pour the mixed seasoning over the top of the chicken breasts, red potatoes, and green beans. 

Cook on high for 4-6 hours, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165*F. 

Slow cooker dinners are the best! 🙂 I love how simple and easy this is to make.
