Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Pat dry of excess liquid.

Coat cut chicken pieces in a cornmeal, salt and pepper mixture.

Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add coated chicken making sure not to overlap one another.

Cook chicken 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Flip and cook until done.

Once cooked all the way through, serve with your favorite dipping sacuce! ENJOY!
