Soft and gooey S'mores Cookies made with graham crackers, chocolate chips and marshmallows. The perfect s'mores in a cookie.

Step 1:

In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, mix together the wet ingredients until they are fully incorporated.

Step 2:

Add in the dry ingredients, including crushed graham cracker, to give the cookies that delicious graham cracker taste.

Step 3:

Add the marshmallows and chocolate chips into the batter and mix until a dough forms.

Step 4:
