-zucchini -cooking oil -finely grated parmesan -Italian Seasoning -garlic powder -salt & pepper
-Preheat oven to 425* -slice zucchini into half lengthwise, then half again making spears. Or, cut into 3/8" rounds.
Place zucchini in a bowl and drizzle the oil on top. Toss or mix with a spatula to combine.
Add spices then toss or stir to combine. Add finely grated fresh parmesan and toss to combine.
Place on a metal cooling rack on a baking sheet to prevent it from getting soggy. Bake for 12-14 minutes until they just start to get tender. Then broil for 2 minutes.
