In a large bowl, mix together honey, peanut butter, and vanilla.

Add the flaxseed, oats, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix together until a oatmeal cookie dough type texture forms.

Form the oat mixture into golf ball sized balls.

Place in an air tight container and refrigerate for 1 hour! Enjoy!
